The beach is only about 350 metres from Urlauberdorf.<br><br>This well-equipped holiday home is very popular with families. On the ground floor is the living room with a 40" flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a PlayStation with a Blu-ray player and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available. The cosy fireplace ensures comfort during the colder months. Directly from the living area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture (including two lounge chairs).<br><br>The fully equipped kitchenette in this holiday home features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and many electric kitchen appliances.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a shower room with natural light. For longer stays, our guests are welcome to use the free washing machine. Upstairs is the second, larger bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm). The closet here offers plenty of storage space for your travel essentials. The second spacious bathroom with a tub and toilet is also located on this floor. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests.<br><br>Laminate flooring and tiles were chosen for this house. Please note that this is a smoke-free holiday home and pets are not allowed.<br><br>The “Urlauberdorf” holiday complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandpit, ping-pong table, football field, and benches for adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths.
