Holiday Apartment 04-8 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Your attractively furnished 4-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor at the end of Building 4. An outdoor staircase leads you to the approximately 68 m² apartment, which features a southwest-facing balcony. Spread over two floors are the living and dining areas, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a guest bathroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

The bright living room on the lower level is furnished with a comfortable corner couch and a cosy dining area for six people. A high chair is also provided. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which offers a view of the greenery. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening.

The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Tiles were chosen as the flooring throughout the living and entryway areas.

In the bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. You can reach the two bedrooms in the attic via an internal staircase. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A second flat-screen TV is available here. The windows are equipped with roller shades and, in some cases, exterior blinds for privacy. A travel cot is available for our younger guests. All bedrooms have laminate flooring.

The bathroom is equipped with two modern sinks, a shower stall, and a separate toilet with a window. Additionally, this apartment features a guest bathroom. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 4, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
