Holiday Apartment No. 18 in the Seebach holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This apartment, measuring approximately 54 m², features a bright living room with a kitchenette and access to the balcony, a bedroom, and a tiled bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 80 m away.

The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The flooring in the living area is designer flooring.
Additionally, the books and CDs provided ensure you’ll never get bored. The sofa and two armchairs offer plenty of space to relax. The sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm) can be unfolded to create a comfortable sleeping area for two people.

The kitchenette is located in the living area and is well-equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove with oven, 4-burner cooktop, and microwave. The dining table in the living area provides the ideal spot for shared meals. The flooring in the kitchen area is tile. A washing machine is available for your use in a separate storage room.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. You’ll also find the second TV on top of the wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with curtains. The bedroom floor is covered with designer flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

The Seebach holiday complex is located right in the centre of Boltenhagen and is equipped with an lift. You can park your car safely in the building’s underground garage (clearance height 210 cm), where you’ll also find a bicycle storage room. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Villa Seebach is centrally located on Ostseeallee. Access to the beach is about 80 metres away.


Pets are welcome in some apartments.

Each apartment has one assigned parking space in the underground garage. Max. height: 2.10 m.

The L-shaped Villa Seebach features modern 1- to 2-room apartments that offer ample space for up to four people to enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday in Boltenhagen. Each apartment features a living-dining area with an integrated kitchenette, as well as a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together.

From the underground car park, you can reach all floors via the staircase or the lift (cabin size: 80 x 138 cm). In addition to your parking space, you’ll also find a storage room for your bicycles here.
