The condo is old and small. Updates have been made, however electrical outlets, vent covers, and appliances need an upgrade. We felt a bit hesitant using cups and plates initially. Additionally, the porch electrical outlet was sealed, and the view consists of a chain link fence and a dumpster. The property’s large pool has a good bit of black mold and green algae stains. We noticed the men’s bathroom was not cleaned overnight (fecal matter). The amazing aspect to our brief stay was the quick jaunt to the beach. Great location indeed.
