-The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern appliances flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends.
-Primary Suite: Spacious bedroom with woodland and garden views, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bath featuring a rainhead walk-in shower, comfortable lounge chair with reading light.
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed and walk-in closet, chair with reading light.
-Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, two closets, and a cozy sitting area with a large smart TV.
-Second Full Bathroom: Conveniently located near Bedrooms 2 and 3, with a walk-in rainhead shower.
-Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer located on the main floor.

SECOND FLOOR:

-Dedicated office with Wi-Fi printer and recreation space set up with two yoga mats and some hand weights; ideal for remote work, stretching, and yoga. NB: not intended for use as sleeping quarters.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
**Please start 1 or 2 loads of towels/sheets and dry. This helps us turn the property around in time for the next guests. Pre-treat anything stained and leave - many thanks!!
All garbage and recycling should be put in the trash cans just inside the door to the garage.
There are sets of dark grey towels in the linen closet for anything that a *white* towel should not be used for to help cut down on stained linens - thank you!

Beautiful home with everything you need!! Great quiet location close to trails and short drive to Bar Harbor. Communication was helpful. Super clean and perfect space for privacy and family games.

We stayed here because of its convenience to Acadia, and boy were we correct! Rented bikes down the hill from the house and spent 5 hours in Acadia, no traffic or crowds! Also went to Thunder Hole and Sand Beach, while doing the Cadillac Drive too. It couldn’t have worked out better for us based on the proximity of the property.The house is amazing, stocked with whatever you need (plates, cups, glasses, silverware, washer/dryer, coffee machine etc!). Five of us stayed here and really enjoyed our time at the house as well as taking advantage of Acadia and Seal Beach just down the road. 10/10. Thank you Jenny for being a fantastic host!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner, more perfect place to stay. The kitchen is stacked with all kinds of cookware and plenty of plates/dishes. There were beach towels for us to use. The host was great! She communicated promptly and gave us suggestions for hikes. This was the perfect location for visiting Acadia National Park, a cute little neighborhood, and a short walk to Seal Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Seal Harbor home. The host was really nice to talk to and always prompt in communicating with us. The space was perfect for our family of five with plenty of room to spread out. Great kitchen, and everything in the house felt new, comfy, and super clean. The house was open and airy and very pleasant to hang out inside (and on the back patio) even though we were mostly outside hiking in Acadia. Seal Harbor is the perfect location for exploring the park! Really great house and stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Seal Harbor!We absolutely LOVED our stay! We were two couples traveling together, and this home was perfect for us. The location in Seal Harbor was peaceful, beautiful, and so convenient for exploring Acadia National Park and the surrounding area.The house itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated all the little details, from the toiletries to the fully stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was wonderful for two couples, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together.We also loved how the home has been beautifully updated while still keeping its classic Maine charm and character. The décor was welcoming and tasteful, and the entire house just felt cozy and inviting.Communication with Jenny was excellent from beginning to end. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything about our stay easy.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Seal Harbor. It felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Base for Exploring Acadia!!!We had a fantastic stay at this cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Acadia National Park area. The host was exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and willing to share recommendations for activities, restaurants, local businesses, and the best ways to get around the island. Their tips and local knowledge helped us make the most of our week in Maine.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As a family of five, we found the layout perfect, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after long days of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and amenities like the laundry room, sun porch, and outdoor dining area made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal—close to Acadia National Park, hiking trails, carriage roads, and Seal Harbor Beach, while still being just a short drive from Bar Harbor.
