Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung bei der Buchung. Soweit alles i.O. Sehr schön ist auch das die Garage direkt im Haus ist. Man sollte allerdings in der Lage sein, ein Kfz auch auf engeren Bereichen sicher zu Bewegen. Kleines Manko, sehr harte Matratzen.

Insgesamt angenehme Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was eine Wohnung bieten solle. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist überdies unschlagbar. Über eine Verdunkelung (dunkle Vorhänge, Rollläden) in den Schlafräumen sollte man nachdenken. Dies war für uns sowie die Enkelkinder das größte Manko.

Die Ahoi Ferienwelt ist eine sehr freundliche und Kompetente Vermietung mit sehr schönen Apartments. Wie waren in der Residenz am Hang eingemietet. Die Lage und der direkte Seeblick ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Wir haben direkt für das kommende Jahr wieder gebucht. Noch während der Abreise. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar und das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Seeblick, was uns echt begeistert hat! Bei Ankunft Wohnung ordentlich und im gesamten Bereich alles sauber. Selbst der Kühlschrank war sauber und das Eisfach in Ordnung, allerdings für uns etwas zu klein. Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und alles was dazu gehört reichlich vorhanden! Die Einrichtung ist schön und geschmackvoll. Genug Stauraum für Koffer und Kleidung vorhanden! Zwei Minuspunkte: - Was wir generell nicht hygienisch empfinden ist der Teppich im gesamten Wohnraum. - Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer waren zu hart und unbequem. Im Großen und Ganzen gefällt uns diese Wohnung sehr gut und buchen immer wieder gerne! Vor allem der Seeblick ist traumhaft! Der Preis in der Hauptsaison für diese Lage und Größe ist in Ordnung! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Ein schönes Appartement, nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles war sauber und ordentlich und der Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee unbeschreiblich. Von der Buchung, der Bezahlung, Anreise bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war alles perfekt, unkompliziert und wir wurden wie immer freundlich empfangen. Mit unseren Urenkeln hatten wir wieder einen schönen Urlaub in Scharbeutz und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, Microwelle wäre schön, 1a Meerblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt am Tor ist sehr eng, sodaß das Parken bei 2 Fahrzeuge nebeneinander problematisch werden kann.

Sehr nette Wohnung. Sauberkeit Top Kleinigkeiten wie Alufolie, Müllsäcke,Toilettenpapier muss mitgenommen werden. Toller Ausblick zum Meer Matratzen waren leider nicht sehr bequem. Wir würden wieder aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub

Die Gastronomie in Scharbeutz ist nicht ganz Zeitgemäß, vegane Speisen sind auf keiner Karte zu finden. Das ist aber auch der einzige kleine Nachteil alles andere war Topp.

Die Lage ist top, Ausstattung prima. Schlafräume haben keine Verdunkelung, für uns und die Enkel eine Katastrophe. Nicht auszudenken, wenn im Sommer 4 Uhr die Sonne aufgeht. Schön wäre es, wenn man von Anfang bis Abreise zwei Schlüssel erhalten würde. Schade auch, dass Sauna nicht jeden Tag abends läuft
