The Space:

Sunlight reflects off the water just steps away, inviting you to drift between the pool and the shoreline. Evenings settle in with warm breezes and quiet moments in the hammock, where time feels unhurried and naturally connected to the coast.



Sleeping arrangements

This waterfront stay accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 4 baths. The layout offers space and flexibility for families or groups traveling together, giving everyone room to unwind after a day by the water while still feeling connected.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at your own pace, whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner indoors. An adjoining dining area makes gathering easy, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals and conversation.



Outdoor living

Set within the Aria Ocean complex, the property is waterfront and right next to a body of water, with beach access just steps away. Days can be spent moving between the pool and the shore, or enjoying the outdoor dining area and hammock as part of your extended living space. A patio or balcony provides a place to take in the coastal surroundings, while bikes and a kayak offer opportunities to explore beyond the immediate area.



Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. Wifi and a TV with standard cable provide options for staying connected or relaxing indoors. The home features a private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox, along with luggage dropoff allowed for added flexibility. A free parking garage on premises, free street parking, and an elevator within the building make arrivals and daily movement simple.



Resort access

Guests benefit from resort access, with shared amenities nearby that enhance the overall stay and complement days spent by the water.

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long stretches of coastline along Banderas Bay and its relaxed coastal atmosphere. It’s a setting suited for easy beach days, outdoor exploration, and time spent reconnecting with family and friends by the water.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._1_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



At the moment, Bedroom 3 (the one with bunk beds) does not have a working air conditioning unit; however, it is equipped with a ceiling fan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
