Our holiday home is located in a completely quiet area on the outskirts of town, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Schönbühel an der Donau. The house offers 2 holiday apartments, each with 80 m² of living space and a 12 m² loggia with a seating area. The ground-floor apartment also features a terrace of approximately 22 m². Each apartment has a large living room (30 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a room divider with a swivel TV, and a leather sofa set. The living area leads to the two bedrooms, which are equipped with box-spring beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is free, and dogs are allowed in the ground-floor apartment. Ample parking is available. The house also includes a 400 m² garden for shared use. In the basement, there is a small, cosy relaxation room with an infrared heat cabin for two people and a shower. The upstairs apartment features a large living room (30 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a room divider with a swivel TV, and a leather sofa set. The living area leads to the two bedrooms, which are equipped with box-spring beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is free. A 40% deposit will be charged upon booking. The balance is due via bank transfer before arrival or in cash on site. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Check-in: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets: not allowed.
