Bedrooms:

The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and easy access to a full bathroom.

The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes a TV for your convenience. Extra linens are available for your comfort.

Bathrooms:

Each of the 3 bathrooms is equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels. The master bath includes a luxurious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. All showers offer great water pressure for a refreshing experience.

Living Room and Common Areas:

The spacious living room is designed for comfort, with ample seating, a TCL TV for entertainment, and a sound system to enhance your stay. A sofa bed is available to accommodate additional guests. For family fun, enjoy a selection of board games.

Kitchen and Dining:

The fully stocked kitchen boasts all major appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig and drip coffee maker. It also includes a blender, toaster, air fryer, and all the necessary utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. The dining area is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and a dining area. Enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill (bring your own charcoal) for delicious meals in the open air. Beach chairs are also provided for your outdoor adventures.

Additional Amenities:

The property includes a washer and dryer (Westinghouse) for guest use, along with a small closet for laundry supplies. Ceiling fans are installed in every bedroom and the living room to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Ample parking is available with 3 spots in the driveway and 2 additional spaces on a gravel parking pad.

Security and Policies:

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking. The home is pet-free and smoke-free for a clean and comfortable stay. Guests have access to all areas of the property except for two locked storage closets and the garage.

BBQ Grill:

Guests are welcome to use the charcoal BBQ grill. Please bring your own charcoal and clean the grill after use.

Wi-Fi and Connectivity:

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The Wi-Fi name and password will be shared upon check-in. Please note, we are not responsible for any issues related to internet connectivity.

HVAC System:

The home features central heating and cooling. Please adjust the thermostat to your comfort, and note that ceiling fans are available in all bedrooms and the living room.

Parking:

There are 5 parking spots available (3 in the driveway, 2 on the gravel parking pad). Please park only in the designated areas. Do not block driveways or entrances.

Laundry Room:

Laundry facilities are available for guest use. We’ve provided laundry detergent and supplies. Please return any used items to their proper place.

Trash Disposal:

Please take the trash out before check-out. The trash bins are located by the back door. Kindly separate recyclables if possible.

Emergency Contacts:

In case of emergency, the nearest hospital and other emergency services are located within a short drive.

Noise Level:

Please be mindful of the neighborhood and keep noise levels low, especially in the evening. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pest Control:

The property is regularly treated for pests every 4 months to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. If you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately.

Owner’s Personal Items:

There are locked closets and areas that are off-limits for guests (e.g., closets in the master bedroom and garage).

No Smoking:

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the property. Please use designated outdoor areas if you smoke.

No Pets:

Pets are not allowed on the property. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. This will be refunded after check-out, pending no damages or additional charges.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. This includes both adults and children. Unauthorized extra guests will result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Outdoor Areas:

Guests may use the outdoor deck, BBQ grill, and beach chairs, but must clean the grill after use. Please bring your own charcoal for the BBQ grill.

Damages:

Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.
