The lovely cottage of 100 sq m with private terrace, has just one floor, is very well furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has two double bedrooms (on req. two single beds), a living room with fire-place, two single sofa beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher), one bathroom with shower. Private patio and outdoor sitting area.
Other facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sat TV. Mosquito screens at the windows, and hair dryer in the bathroom.

At disposal a nice swimming pool (7x4 m, up to 140 cm deep, open ca. April-Oct, shared with the guests of our 2 other accommodations), located in the olive grove, barbecue area, and large common garden and picnic area. Children play ground.

Price includes gas, electricity,Air conditioning. heating, water, baby bed (on req), bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi.

Bargecchia is a lovely village on the Versilia hills, in a wonderful location, surrounded by olive groves, and with breathtaking views over the coast and the Massacciucoli lake. The nearest beaches are in Viareggio, at 11km; Lucca is 25km away, Pisa 29 km and Florence 98 km.
The 3 accommodations are at 5 min walking distance from the village (restaurants and shops), in a quiet location.
