NEW Premier Waterfront Home Triple Master w/Private Dock-Walk to Matunuck Beach
Experience coastal luxury in the heart of Matunuck. This premier waterfront home offers a private dock and is a short walk to one of RI’s top surf beaches. This beautifully renovated 4bed 3.5 bath home is located in the sought after Matunuck area. Offering the ideal blend of comfort style and beachside living.
Professionally decorated, the home features a bright open and inviting layout designed for relaxing. Sunlight fills the main living spaces and expensive windows show waterfront views. 
We have a very strict no smoking or vaping policy. Please do not rent from us if you or any of your guests cannot adhere to this.
Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat
We do not allow parties.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 although we welcome all ages when traveling as a family.
We love dogs! However we do not allow them at this property.
Please wash feet outside after a day at the beach to keep sand out of the house
Please cover outdoor furniture when not in use. Storms sneak up quickly on the water and cushions can take days to dry.
We provide enough of the essentials to get you going but sometimes not to sustain your entire trip. Please plan accordingly regarding laundry detergent, dishwasger tabs, trash bags, etc if you plan to use a lot or are traveling as a group
