THE SPACE
This cozy country home features three bedrooms, two full baths (including a master suite) with an open-concept kitchen and living room area. This home is full of natural light, original wood accents throughout, and loaded with modern features. This is the perfect home for the wife, the kids, and anyone who loves spending time at the lake!

Bring your boat and spend time enjoying the open waters of Kerr Lake, play a round of golf at the 18-hole course across the street, take an easy drive down to the lakeside amenities, or stay in and cook or grill a meal. All while enjoying time with family and friends on the large back deck, or an evening roasting smores around the fire pit as you enjoy the sunset.

ABOUT HERITAGE FARM & HOLLY FOREST
Heritage Farm is our 118-acre homestead farm based on natural practices. We have cows, horses, dairy goats, sheep, free range chickens, ducks and geese. We grow vegetables, berries, fruit and amazing, beautiful flowers.

Holly Forest is our agritourism venture and the Holly House is our first offering to the community….with proximity to the Lake and magnificent views onto the farm. Other operations on the farm include:

FOR STAYS 14 DAYS OR LONGER: Cleanings are required every 2 weeks at the standard cleaning cost at the time of your booking. This additional cleaning is an added fee not included in your original booking fee. Plan to allow 11am-3pm for our cleaners to complete these mid-stay cleaning(s).
