I'm originally from Australia, but moved to Traverse City in the early 2000's and have enjoyed every moment of living here! It's such a gorgeous town that's always got something going on, and easy to get around, whether it's walking, biking, or driving. I love that there are so many outdoor activities to do in TC, and I enjoy walking the trails, going to the beach, and grabbing dinner and drinks downtown.

Why they chose this property

This part of town is great since it's conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shop, multiple different restaurants, and not far from downtown Traverse City. Being able to walk right on the TART Trail or walk to the State Park to enjoy the beach is also a wonderful perk.

What makes this property unique

Having such a large yard with a raised deck and garage, while located close to so many amenities, makes this house an amazing fit for so many families and guests to have a relaxing and fun extended stay in Traverse City. The backyard is quiet and large enough for pets and kids to run around, while the adults can relax on the patio. The slow speed limit makes walking around the neighborhood safe and serene. And there's no need to worry about warm summer days in TC with air conditioning throughout the house!
