Discover the beauty of Hansville from this 4-bedroom house, which is tucked away in a private setting & next to trails and beaches. Short walk through wetland trails to a public beach for boating and beach exploration.
The master features an en suite bathroom w/ double sinks, soaking tub & shower. The three other rooms also have space for air mattresses -- perfect for several families or groups. This spacious home also features a front porch facing a forest full of bird calls, a spacious back deck and yard, family room with eat in kitchen table plus a formal dining room. Just up the road from the house is one of the entrances to the Hansville Greenway, a nature preserve and wildlife sanctuary of over 300 acres of forest and wetland. The Greenway is an ideal spot for hiking, mountain biking, and trail running as well as exploring wetlands and the scenic Buck Lake. Or take a short hike down to the public beach at Norwegian point park and walk to the lighthouse at Point No Point Beach. See otters, seals and shore birds and explore at low tide.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all items from fridge

Lock backdoor and front
Unplug coffee maker/toaster
Close/lock windows and blinds
Turn down heat (winter)
Take out trash/compost/recycling to left corner of Cora (gravel road) and NE Admiralty Ln (paved road)
Leave key in lockbox on storage house (on west side of home) or can leave key on kitchen counter and leave through garage, closing completely until it locks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
