Nice relaxing stay in Curacao

Everything was fantastic. We had a good time and spent several days relaxing by the pool. The house was clean and had almost everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I was a bit surprised when I arrived and found out all outlets were 220 volts. Not sure if it was mentioned in the ad or not. I may have missed it. A bit of a scramble to run around and find adapters so I could use my cpap and charge our phones. Heads up if coming from north america to bring adapters/ converters etc. First time i encountered this in Curacao. All other homes i rented had either both 220 and 110 or just 110. My only suggestion for the owners to make this property even better than it already is...some outdoor chairs and /or couch or sofa. The sun loungers are top notch quality but it would be nice to have another option to sit outside as the chairs at the outside table are not very comfortable for long periods. Other than that this place was perfect. You will enjoy your stay very much. I highly reccommend.

Thank you for your positive review. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Alana. Unfortunately we forgot to write on our website that the house has 220 volt connections. But we will take it into account in the future and inform our guests. We have already thought about a couch or more comfortable chairs on the terrace and it will be the next investment.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Umgebung

Die Villa Alana ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den großen Außenpool und die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern die uns vor lästigen Mücken bewahrt haben. Unser besonderer Dank geht an den Verwalter Roel der uns mit Rat zur Seite stand.
