Upper level offers sun-drenched cathedral living area with open kitchen and dining, 1/2 bath, fireplace and 2 sliders to spacious decking with a gas grill and dining table set up. Community pool, central air, gas heat, and lovely pastoral views.
Located within Montauk Downs State Park, next to a RTJ public golf course. 10 minute bike ride to the beach. It is so quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to relax on the deck or by the pool.
Offered for June, July and or August through Labor day 2026.
