Quiet, Centrally located & Pet-Friendly 3-bed/2 1/2 bath house in New Orleans

Spacious and quiet duplex on a tree-lined street. Kitchen has all new appliances and W/D in unit. 3 beds upstairs, Master has small bath and large closet attached, 2 other bedrooms share a full bath and 1 bedroom has a lovely balcony facing the street. All bedrooms have TV's. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There is a lovely shared backyard with a fire pit. All utilities, including high speed Wi-Fi included.
I live on the other side with my family which includes a friendly dog.
