Welcome to The Overlook: A modern, cozy cabin, built in 2024! The cabin is in the heart of Hocking Hills and boasts breathtaking views from the hillside!

The Overlook Cabin sits on 10 acres of picturesque, private, tree-filled land where you’ll be able to unwind and make lasting memories! The cabin’s location is ideal for exploring the area:

-Airplane Rock: 4.8 mi
-Conkle’s Hollow: 6.4 mi
-Old Man's Cave: 7.3 mi
-Cedar Falls, The Inn & Spa, Kindred Spirits Restaurant: 7.7 mi

The Overlook Cabin allows guests to experience a private, tranquil getaway. Drive down a wooded, gravel road, and up to the serene property. Arrive to the cabin’s welcoming front porch, where you will soon be sipping your coffee, surrounded by the tranquil landscape. When walking into the cabin, you'll be invited inside by a cozy interior, vaulted ceilings, and windows overlooking the vast forest. The Overlook is an ideal home base for your Hocking Hills stay.

The Overlook Cabin sleeps 2 guests with a private bedroom, bath, kitchen, and living space. Don’t forget the double-sided fireplace!:
-One king master with en-suite bathroom

Additional spaces + amenities for you to enjoy at The Overlook:
-A beautiful kitchen stocked with cooking and dinnerware, a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a 12-cup coffee maker (liners provided).
-A dedicated dining space with seating for 2.
-A gas-burning fireplace and TV in the living room. Dish TV is provided.
-A full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area off the bathroom.
-A hot tub and propane grill (utensils provided) on the beautiful back deck overlooking the tree-filled property or while stargazing in the evening.
-A fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying each other's company. Please note that firewood is not provided, but there are many places to purchase bundles nearby!
-Board games, cards, and puzzles.
-Toiletries (including body and hand soap)
-Cozy bedding and towels provided.
-Private parking.

- The Overlook is on a well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in, however, some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay.
-The Overlook Cabin offers a private getaway, on 10-acres of picturesque hillside. The property and main driveway is shared with 2 cabins, each privately tucked away, offering a private experience for all guests.
- There is no WiFi, but, because of the cabin's location on top of the hill, along with a cell phone booster in the cabin, most guests get cell phone and data streaming from their cell phones.
- The indoor gas fireplace is not available for use during warmer months, but we invite you to use the outdoor fire ring (BYO firewood).
- The hot tub is open ALL year!!
- We are on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. In addition, we are on well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in, however, some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay.
