You have access to walk the 10 acres. For the safety and security of your pets, please keep your dogs leashed at all times. Do not go near the blue house. You can walk by it, of course, but please do not go up to the door, windows.

Directions: Head south on toward E Rte 66. Turn left onto E Rte 66 and continue for about 6 miles. Bearizona will be on your left.
2. Grand Canyon Railway

Distance: Approximately 15 minutes (7 miles)
Directions: Drive south and merge onto I-40 W. Take exit 163 toward Williams. Turn left onto N Grand Canyon Blvd; the depot will be on your right.

Directions: Proceed south to E Rte 66. Turn left onto E Rte 66 and continue for about 6.5 miles. The adventure park will be on your right.

Directions: Head south and merge onto I-40 E. Take exit 171 toward Parks Rd. Turn left onto E Deer Farm Rd; the destination will be on your right.

Directions: Drive south and merge onto I-40 W. Take exit 163 toward Williams. Turn left onto N Grand Canyon Blvd, then right onto W Railroad Ave. The zipline will be on your left.

🗑 Trash:
All trash must be placed in the large green dumpster located at the entrance of the property (not the house). It is on your way out, just past the third shed on the left. The city does not recycle. There’s a picture on the house website. Click 3 lines in upper right hand corner.
🛁 Hot Tub:
Please keep the cover on and secured at all times unless the tub is in use.
The jets are already set—do not increase the temperature. Do NOT turn off the breaker by the hot tub.
Do NOT turn the hot tub off; it must remain on 24/7.
🚚 Water Delivery:
Water is delivered every Thursday or Friday at some point during the day.
🔥 Propane:
Propane is delivered weekly.
🐜 Pest Control:
Pest control comes once a month and treats the entire 10-acre property, including all three houses.
🐕 Dogs:
Dogs must not run loose on the property. There are three homes on the shared 10 acres, and this rule is very important for everyone’s safety.
💧 Water Conservation:
Please help conserve water whenever possible.
🧊 Ice Maker:
The refrigerator ice maker does not work. Ice trays are provided, or ice can be purchased at any gas station.
🔭 Telescope:
The telescope must remain indoors at all times, unless you are actively using it.
🥶We do our best to have the property plowed immensely when it snows. You do have to understand it’s a small town and the main roads take priority.
