During our stay, there were cockroaches inside and some bugs inside. The property needs pest control treatment.

Absolutely Perfect

This One bedroom place is a great getaway. The pictures don't do it justice but it is a pictured and described. The bed is super comfortable and the house is decorated to allow comfort. easy check in and great communication with staff. we have stayed at several properties in fredricksburg and this will be onee our list. Absolute charm continues to have great listings.

Adorable little cottage. Perfect for a couple to getaway :) Beautifully decorated and clean space. Conveniently walking distance to Main St. activities. Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.
