The unit was great! Well kept and clean. It's an ADU accessed through an alley which does usually bring some concern but it worked out perfect. Great spot if you are looking for a quick home base as you explore. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Thanks Ashley!

About the host

Host profile image
We love hosting travelers and sharing our corner of Western Colorado. We live in a 1905 home on the same propertu and enjoy everything this area has to offer—hiking, biking, rafting, exploring the outdoors, and discovering great food, coffee, and beer around town.

Our goal as hosts is simple: create a comfortable, thoughtfully prepared place where guests can relax after a day of exploring. We’ve tried to include the kinds of details we appreciate when we travel—clean spaces, practical amenities, and clear communication so your stay is easy and enjoyable.

Whether you’re visiting for outdoor adventures, a quick getaway, or just passing through, we hope our place feels like a welcoming home base during your trip.

Why they chose this property

We love living in downtown Grand Junction! From the house, it’s easy to walk or bike to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, galleries, and local shops downtown. You can also walk or bike to Lincoln Park, where you’ll find the Lincoln Park Golf Course, the community pool, and the stadium, along with several nearby parks and green spaces. We’re often out walking around the neighborhood ourselves!

Another reason we love this area is the character of the neighborhood. Downtown Grand Junction has beautiful historic homes, tree-lined streets, and small parks that give it a unique charm you don’t find in many places.

It’s also a great spot for outdoor lovers—local biking routes and trails are easy to access from here, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area.

What makes this property unique

Our guesthouse stands out because it’s thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well equipped. The space is newly built, spotless, and stocked with everything guests need—from a fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware and spices to comfortable memory-foam beds and cozy furnishings.

The private guesthouse sits above our garage in a quiet historic neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Guests also love the small porch with mountain views, the games and puzzles, and the comfortable space to relax after exploring places like Colorado National Monument, the Grand Mesa, or Moab.
