“Beyond Eden” at Villa Eden: 2-Room Apartment with Balcony Near the Beach
Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Binz, in the charming old town center and just 300 m from the fine sandy beach, this apartment is set in a beautiful building in spa architecture style, built at the turn of the century. The 49 sqm apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. In the bedroom, the sofa can be converted into an additional bed.
With high ceilings and visible elements of spa architecture, you experience the authentic flair of the early 1900s. The location in the historic center enhances this feeling, as many villas in the same style can be admired here.
The apartment is very well equipped: a new, fully fitted kitchen, a 55-inch smart TV, a hi-fi micro system with Bluetooth connection to your smartphone or tablet, and free Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s) are available. In the bedroom, you will find a new, comfortable box spring bed (180x200) for a restful sleep.
A special feature is the quiet yet central location. You stay away from the tourist crowds, yet everything is close by. The beach, pier, and spa house are just 300 m away, and numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Freshly made beds and towels are included. Free, numbered parking spaces are available on the property (parking spot behind the house). There is also storage for bicycles. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for an extra fee). Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage, so wie beschrieben.
Pros: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet.
Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren Eierbecher, aber das ist "meckern" auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns anders geholfen ;-). Ansonsten war alles tipi topi.
Cons: Kleines Problem war der Parkplatz (2). Wir sind mit einem größeren Auto SUV angereist. Da der Stellplatz im hinteren Bereich ist, war's ziemlich eng. Wir hatten Glück das die Wohnung 1 nicht belegt war, ansonsten wäre es mit dem Ein- und Ausparken schwierig geworden. Wir haben aber schon gesehen, dass es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt. Man muss dann halt ein bisschen rangieren.

Schönes Appartement in großartige Lage
Pros: Großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, sehr ruhig. Alles passte!!

Sehr gemütlich und topp gelegen
Sehr netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen und sehr gemütlich und hell, das Bad groß und mit großem Fenster, die Küche super ausgestattet; die Fotos der Vermieterin über die Wohnung fanden wir ziemlich aussagekräftig.
Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, die Außenanlagen gepflegt und die kleine Rezeption ist täglich besetzt.
Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone und am langen Steg am Strand, Einkaufen und Ausgehen am Abend ist ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß möglich. Für weitere Entfernungen ist u.a. das Fahrrad eine gute Lösung (das Auto wurde in unseren sechs Tagen dort nur 1x benutzt), es gibt im Hof einen einfachen Fahrradständer.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!
