Our stay in Avila was fantastic! Leslie was a wonderful host with fast and friendly communication throughout our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Leslie is a great host and this place was perfect for our stay. Walkable to everything, but nice and quiet. Great kitchen, comfy bed, and lots of extras, like beach chairs and boogie boards. Have stayed here before, will be back again!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people, it offers plenty of space, a lovely outdoor deck, and convenient garage parking. The location couldn’t be better. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and the farmers market. Check-in was simple and seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This place was perfect! The kitchen was outfitted with shelf appliances. The grill was fantastic. It's wonderful to hear the ocean through the evening. I just absolutely loved it!

First of all, Leslie, the host was amazing. Always great communication even before we get there and even after we left. Very quick responses to every question and every request. Secondly, the property is amazing, so close to the water, right there on the Landing Passage, a short walk to Front Street and comes out right at the Pier. The well appointed kitchen is great. The living room is large. There are lots of windows so if you open the blinds, you will get some nice light shining in there. There’s a nice dining room table by the sliding glass door. very large bathroom vanity and great closet space. I have nothing negative to say about this property. In fact, we have already booked it for next year, making this the third time we have stayed at this one. It has parking, air-conditioning, and everything you need to spend a week or two in Avila Beach.I encourage you to make a reservation, just don’t try to get the dates that I want.

Beautifully appointed condo with just the right amount of beach decor. Tile and natural stone through out. Comfortable bed and sofa with ample pillows and throws. The kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances and large deep sink. Extra appliances like microwave, convection oven, tea kettle, coffee maker and Keurig. Also there are beach chairs to take down to the beach. Cute patio with peek-a-boo ocean view with bar and stools. Two gas fireplaces to cozy up too, with one in the master bedroom. Parking was a bit tricky with the remote and codes, but the directions were very clear. Upon leaving the gate opens to exit without the remote. Once you've done it, it's not a problem at all. I would stay here again. Love the location. It's perfect for walking down to the beach and all over Avila. The host is easy to reach should you have any questions.
