House Rules:
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Absolutely NO pets allowed. There is a $250 fee PER animal if seen at property.
- Quite Times 10pm to 8am everyday. Please be respectful to neighbors
- Do not park cars or trailers on grass, there are sprinkler and you will be charged for repairs.
- Home has outdoor cameras with audio for owners protection of property.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not use motor scooter in garage that is for owner only. ( But kayaks, bikes and fishing gear feel free to use, just rinse off and return to garage min $75 fee if not done)
- Do not get in refrigerator and freezer in garage that is marked owners. There is an extra refrigerator in garage for guests.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
