Just 7 minutes from Hudson Beach, 30 minutes from beautiful Pine Island and a short hour drive from Clearwater. Hudson is home to SunWest water Park and it’s just around the corner from this home. Orlando is 76 miles if a day at Disney or Universal is in the plan.

We are a retired military family of 40 years. My wife is originally from Great Britain and we met on a blind date! Now retired from the military, I travels a lot for work and my wife babysits 4 of our 14 grandchildren. This is a new endeavor for us and would love feedback to improve where needed

Why they chose this property

We loved this area, being on a bird sanctuary is amazing. We have daily visits from the local crane couple and the littler birds enjoy a feed if you want to feed them.

We liked the fact that although it’s a quiet area it is still close to everything - grocery stores, hospitals, beaches etc.

What makes this property unique

This house is located on a bird sanctuary, so don’t be surprised if you get a visit from our local crane couple! The area is quiet but only a quick drive from a lot of things…… bars, restaurants, beaches and a water park.
The house has 2 comfortably furnished living rooms so the guests can spread out to watch TV, read or simply use their laptops or tablets.

The bedrooms have usb outlets for ease of charging your electronics and lamps to make a cozy evening before bed. All closets have clothes hangers.
