Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave garage remote on kitchen counter and take photo of it
Return keys to kitchen counter and exit through garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A mid-stay cleaning will be required for stays of 31 nights or every 2 weeks at additional cost.
Utilities over the maximum of $550 for the month will be billed to the guest.
