The cozy apartment "Sonnenuntergang" is the "Sonnegg" Residence is located in the idyllic municipality of Lajen (Laion), near the entrance of Val Gardena, in South Tyrol's scenic "Eisacktal" valley (Valle Isarco). The 35m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee.
The private open terrace invites you to take your morning with a view of the mountains, while the shared outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.
Bus stops are within 150m. An 8-minute drive (5km) away, in the centre of Lajen, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, cafés and restaurants. Cable cars are skiing areas are within 20-30 minutes by car, and you can visit Brixen (Bressanone) after 30 minutes by car (21km). Bolzano (Bozen) is 31km or a 35-minute drive away.

Way much better then the picture.. the apartment was beautiful

Prachtig, brandschoon appartement in een charmant klein dorp!
Pros: - Zeer gastvrije familie ❤️
- Perfecte ruimte voor twee volwassenen.
- Op 30 min rijden van Dolomiti superski met de Sella Ronda
- Mooie wandelingen op de Seiser Alm

Knus appartement met prachtig uitzicht
Pros: We hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit knusse appartement.
Met name de rust en s' Ochtends het horen van de koeienbellen in de verte op het balkon was heerlijk.
Vooral het balkon, dat was zeker een groot pluspunt.
De badkamer was niet al te groot, maar dat heb je ook niet nodig als je met z'n tweeën bent.
En koken op een twee-pits inductieplaat was soms even puzzelen.
Er zijn ook hele goeie restaurantjes in de buurt, daar zijn we dan wel weer achter gekomen..
Genoeg opbergruimte, en een plek voor de koffers.
Voor elke deur, raam zit een hor zodat je alles open kunt doen zonder dat er ongedierte binnen komt.
De gastvrijheid van de gastheer en gastvrouw verdienen een dikke tien!
Een hand, en uitgezwaaid worden op weg naar huis maak je niet vaak mee haha.
Mochten we weer afreizen naar Sud-Tirol, komen wij zeker terug!
Cons: - Een schuifkantelraam zit geen hor voor, wij vroegen ons af waarom deze niet? En de anderen wel.
- De Wi-Fi viel er wel eens achterheen, maarja zo'n ramp was dat niet

Quiete, posizione, gentilezza, spaziosità, panorama.
Pros: Quiete, posizione, gentilezza, spaziosità, panorama.
Cons: Pressione dell'acqua nella doccia, assenza del bidet, appartamento molto caldo e presenza di zanzare (ma dovuto a situazioni meteorologiche anomale).
