Good Villa, Great location, Great service from host.

We spent 9 nights at this property. Location is great; less than 10 minute walk from the beach/promenade. Very quiet villa. Villa had everything we required. Lots of space and facilities. Everything in the villa is a bit tired in terms of paint/decoration and furnishings. Needs upgrading but did not stop us enjoying the villa. Our host was excellent. Check in was simple. Picked keys up from the nearby hotel. A few minor issues were resolved really quickly by our host. First class host. Enjoyed a complimentary dinner and entertainment put on by the hosting hotel. Children really enjoyed the mini-disco. To sum up, a good villa on a budget. It does need a bit of modernising but this would see an increase in the cost to rent. We would recommend to friends and family and would return if we holiday in the area again.

Carter family holdiday at the villa Sa Coma

We had a great holiday in this lovely villa. The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the villa is a great location, close to bars, restaurants, shops and the lovely beach. The villa is in need of some modernisation but overall we all had a great holiday.

Had a lovely time.

The villa is in need of some rooms been done up but in all lovely. Only downside was we didn’t arrive until midnight and was supposed to pick the keys up from a hotel a few minutes walk but didn’t understand where it was. And my daughters villa was across the road and they was left a welcome kit of water, milk juice and bread. Would have been nice to have been left something to as no shops was open at that time.

Sind jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem jaus gewesen. Neben der zentralen Lage gefällt uns die gute Aufteilung des Hauses. Wenn man auch im Urlaub Platz haben möchte sollte man jedoch mit Max 6 Leuten verreisen. Nach Angabe der Besitzer werden die im Außenbereich beschädigten Bodenbeläge im Winter ersetzt

Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.....

Allgemeines: Wir (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 2 Babys) waren für 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Lage: Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Sa Coma, der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sparmarkt) findet man in direkter Nähe. Es empfielt sich aber zum Eroski-Center (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) zu fahren, oder zum Lidl nach Cala Millor (6-8 Minuten mit dem Auto). Haus: Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein großes Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage. Außerdem findet man im Erdgeschoss ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Waschmöglichkeiten und ein Esszimmer. Außerdem mehrere Badezimmer (eines mit Zugang zur Außenanlage) und somit ideal für den Pool. Der Eingangsbereich ist auch sehr groß. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Zubehör, Spülmaschine, usw, usw....). Es gibt einen großen Fernseher (sämtliche deutsche TV-Sender) und WLAN. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Außenbereich: Der Pool ist sehr schön und wurde mehrmals während unseres Aufenthalts gewartet (Es kam alle paar Tage ein Techniker und reinigte den Pool, überprüfte den Ph-Wert und kontrollierte den Filter). Somit war der Pool durchgehend in einem perfekten Zustand. Direkt neben dem Pool findet man einen Grillkamin, wo wir mehrmals frischen Fisch und Fleisch gegrillt haben. Außerdem findet man vor der Garage und vor dem Eingangsbereich genug Platz für Autos (wir hatten zwei Mietwagen und es war noch Platz für weitere Autos). Auf den zwei Terassen ist genug Platz und es stehen genug Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Service: Der Service vor Ort war perfekt. So wurde, wie bereits beschrieben, der Pool mehrfach gewartet, nach der ersten Woche wurde die Bettwäsche ausgetauscht und eine Zwischenreinigung wurde durchgeführt. Die Übergabe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Der Kontakt lief über ein nahegelegenes Hotel, so dass theoretisch 24h-Betreuung zur Verfügung steht, wenn man denn mal etwas braucht. Wir mussten allerdings diese Möglichkeit kaum in Anspruch nehmen, da alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen ist. Fazit: Wir würden alle 6 das Haus erneut anmieten und für den nächsten größeren Urlaub wird es sicherlich in der engeren Auswahl sein. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Sommerurlaub im Jahr 2014!!!

wonderful holiday

we have been back home for 1 week after a wonderful family holiday in villa sa coma.the villa is ideally situated for easy short walks to the beach and restaurants and all amenities.the bus stop is about 2 minutes away and we went to the caves of drach a nd palma from here on buses that were on time.The dorada hotel were very helpful in every way and the villa was beautifully kept.i would recommend this villa to anyone.the resort was very pleasant and the beach beautiful.we found the resort quite pricey and were a little disappointed in the restaurants as very few of them seemed to serve a local spanish type menu.for the first time on holiday we used 'british' restaurants i.e. 'chaplins' which was very fresh food at very reasonable prices,the chinese buffet was good value for money too.super holiday.

Thanks for the good comment on Villa Sa Coma. We also run Hotel Playa Dorada in the same resort. So that we are used to try to keep our guest satisfied. Sometimes we achieve our goal and other times we do a good try. But, in anyway, we want our guests to feel confortable and not dissapointed about what they get for what they'be paid.
