This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Check in? Frustrating- asked for 3 check in- they said 30 for the hour- then instructions came saying you can check in 1 hour early- we only needed to put food on the fridge.. was told no. Once we did arrive.. we parked in the drive way, (behind the house ) the only a key code is on the front door - not convenient.Entered the house, saw that the rooms are not set up like the pictures online.. giving us less full size beds than we were expecting- inside the home there are ZERO blinds or window coverings of any kind- ZERO. We noticed a window wouldn’t shut and lock and that it had a ladder propped up against it, from the ground level- WIERD ! Tried to go move it- it’s in a locked area can’t get to it- So we contacted the property management company- here’s what they said…“Well there’s a new owner and because of several complaints, they did order custom window coverings, but haven’t had time to get them installed yet.” Ok what? NOT HELPFUL “We will contact someone about the window and ladder issue and advice when we hear back” This took 3 hours to get handled!We had no garbage bags, no paper towels, no dish soap- and responses were “it should be there”… A man FINALLY arrived about the window and ladder- paper towels were delivered with snacks and water. It was all handled, again it’s beautiful - maybe beat they not rent it until it’s ready.
