The “Strandkorbliebe” holiday rental is set back from the street and located in “Villa Düne 4,” a building newly constructed in 2019 in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz, centrally located near the beach and town centre. You can access the ground-floor apartment via a barrier-free entrance or use the lift from the building’s underground car park. With 76 m² of space, up to four people can really enjoy themselves, relax together on the large, sunny private terrace, and spend an unforgettable holiday.

The interior of this 3-room holiday apartment captivates with its modern and Nordic elegance. Clean lines and Scandinavian accessories create a cosy atmosphere that lets you forget all the stress of everyday life. The spacious living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. The cosy, warm sofa offers the perfect spot for great TV nights. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything a cook’s heart desires: high-quality brand-name appliances, stylish dishes, and cutlery turn a cooking evening on holiday into a special occasion. Meals are served at the solid-wood dining table with comfortable chairs, located right next to the kitchen.

Both bedrooms in this holiday rental promise restful nights thanks to high-quality, wide box-spring beds, and each offers access to a large bathroom featuring a spa-like rain shower, sink, storage space, and toilet. There is plenty of storage space in all rooms, and upon arrival, the beds are made and hand and bath towels are provided for all guests.
