A very nice and new apartment for a reasonable price. Better than most hotels that are more $$$. Only a half mile from the metro which made it easy to get around DC. The large shower/bathroom is better than most hotels with big shower, great water pressure, and soft towels. The only reason that everything was not 5 stars was that the bathroom floor outside of the shower could have been cleaned better and, this being a basement unit, the closet has the sewage pump and the drain piping for the building is in the ceiling/wall of the bedroom so you hear the noise from all of that.
