The listing had the price as all fees included......not so. After booking then came taxes, pet fee, one time cleaning fee, and VRBO fee. The backyard was a mess. neighborhood was sketchy. Airplane noise was constant and the next door neighbor had signs on his house telling you to stay over there. The hot water in the downstairs shower did not work but overall the inside was nice and clean. Not the best experience and definitely not worth the money. Especially after all of the add on fees

We didn’t want to leave and ended up extending our stay twice! Very clean and comfortable house with all amenities. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and Sammie has stocked the shower with everything you need, there’s even a hairdryer in every bathroom! Laundry and dish pods were also supplied. I felt very welcomed and right at home. Sammie was always super quick to respond to any questions and even provided some ideas for restaurants and events to go to around the city. I will absolutely be booking this place again when I come back to Vegas!
