The cabin has a bathroom, spacious kitchen and cozy living room. The screened porch is amazing for nighttime gatherings. The Bunk House has the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. The bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom with a vintage metal shower takes you back in time. It also has a small living room area.

The lakeside firepit patio is great for watching boats go by and making that perfect s'more. The beach area with kayaks and sand toys is a fun spot for the kids. Roy Lake is one of the most sought after lakes on the Gull Lake Chain with its clear water and sandy bottom. The bunk house is seasonal and does not have a heating system, we do provide a heater for your use. It does have an air conditioner unit.
