Fantastic safe and clean option near downtown L.A. The apartment/hotel building was a lot older than I was expecting, but the room seemed freshly renovated. The elevator is old and small, but still worked. The room was right next to a street, so there was some traffic noise from time to time.The host was wonderful and answered every question I had. The room amenities were enough to make the stay feel like home. Hard to find a better option for this area at this price range that makes you feel safe.
