A estadia foi excelente. A casa tem bastante espaço e uma piscina maravilhosa. Mara a responsavel e cozinheira é ótima, cozinha maravilhosamente bem. O proprietário também se mostrou solícito. A casa podia ter uma churrasqueira grande próximo a piscina, mas disponibilizam uma churrasqueira de ferro móvel que dá para o uso. Bem próximo a praia.

Casa confortável e ampla. Boa localização. Fácil comunicação. Casa precisa de ajustes

Pontos Fortes. A experiência foi muito agradável. Casa com Boa localização e bem ampla. Roupa de cama limpa e atendimento atencioso por parte do anfitrão. A Colaboradora Mara foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. O Ponto alto da casa é varanda e a piscina que deixam a casa bem charmosa e aconchegante. Pontos fracos. A precisa de alguns reparos nas telhas (já tinha material para reforma), os armários da cozinha e banheiros apresentam sinais de desgaste. Os utensílios de cozinha (copos, talheres ..) precisam de reposição. Faltam pontos de tomada e a internet no período de aluguel estava bem intermitente. A churrasqueira na parte de traz da casa prejudica uma interação maior, porem existe uma churrasqueira de ferro menor que dá conta do recado e permite uma interação maior. Avaliação geral. Avaliação da casa é boa e os pontos fracos apontados não causaram nenhum problema na estadia que foi ótima. Recomendo a estadia.

Casa boa, com ótima localização, porém necessitando de algumas poucas reformas

Eu e minha família passamos ótimos momentos na casa. Ótima localização, a 5 minutos de caminhada da praia, em um ótimo condomínio. Quando não queríamos ir à praia, ficávamos todos na piscina, que é muito boa. A casa é alugada o tempo todo, e acaba não sobrando tempo para pequenos reparos. No teto da cozinha há dois buracos causados por inflitração de água. O banheiro do quarto inferior tem cheiro forte de esgoto. Em alguns cômodos a pintura está descascando ou suja. As janelas de vidro são difíceis de abrir devido a problemas nos trilhos. Todos esses são problemas que poderiam ser facilmente resolvidos em uma pequena parada para reparos. Resumindo, casa muito boa, com ótimo potencial mas que precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado com manutenção.

Nossa estadia foi extremamente prazerosa. A casa é tudo o que esta no site, necessita de alguma manutenção, mas nada que desabone o nosso conforto. Com amplo espaço, confortável, bela decoração, ótima piscina, muito bem localizada (íamos a praia a pé), boa vizinhança e o caseiro foi super prestativo e cordial. sr Daniel nos apoiou em tudo o que foi necessário. Não só indico como pretendo voltar. Acomodou a mim e minha família de maneira perfeita.
