Just outside, a courtyard-style deck sits safely out of the wind—ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of local Pinot.

Half a flight up, the split-level design opens into a bright great room. Living, dining, and a well-equipped kitchen all face postcard views of Bodega Head, Doran Beach, and the Pacific, so the scenery stays front-and-center whether you’re prepping dinner or kicking back by the fireplace. Descend to the lower level and you’ll discover two quiet guest bedrooms and a full bath.

Sunset Vista is centrally located within the golf course area near the the 11th Fairway. Enjoy expansive coastal views of Point Reyes and Doran Beach from the living room, or access the beach via Pinnacle Gulch Trail (Trailhead is just an 8-minute walk from here).

The house has excellent views of the ocean, is open and spacious. The property management company was easy to communicate with as well. The bed in the primary was so comfortable and cozy. The towels were plush, plenty of extra blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything anyone could every need. I was bummed the washer wasn't working, after a few days at the beach we had a pile of clothes. I was told it had just been repaired, but still wasn't working. I was lucky to book for just 2 nights as a last minute trip. I went in to book again in August and there is a 5 night minimum (seems excessive). There are a few trails to the beach and you will be close to some good places to eat.
