The exclusive and modern flat Isla de Lobos II has a fully furnished outdoor terrace with fabulous views of the sea, the swimming pool and the unique volcanic landscape of Lanzarote. The newly built residential complex is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. Its south-facing orientation and its privileged location within the urbanisation allows the guests of this penthouse with terrace to make the most of the sunshine hours and enjoy a wonderful sunset. There is also a shared outdoor area with garden, open terraces with sea and pool views, fully furnished and a swimming pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and Balinese bed.
It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and space for a cot, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a living room, with sofa bed.
The flat amenities include free high speed WIFI connection perfect for teleworking, Smart TV 4K, washing machine and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and blender. Towels, bed linen and beach towels are also provided. There are numerous outdoor parking spaces on the public road, the urbanisation does not have private parking.
Parties are not allowed in the urbanisation and pets are not allowed. The flat, due to its location and distribution, has good ventilation and a very pleasant average temperature that does not require air conditioning.
The residential is located 900 m from Las Cucharas beach, 1.8 km from El Jablillo beach and Bastián beach. Near the centre, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The Aquapark is 1.5 km away and the Golf Course is 2.4 km away. Costa Teguise has a new 25 km bike path that links the towns of Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen directly along the coast.
Costa Teguise also has a health centre and 3 pharmacies.
Its location is perfect, as it is in the centre of the island and its proximity to the airport (14 km), make this flat the ideal place to stay in Lanzarote.

A lovely Cup of tea would have been nice!!

Lovely property but a 20 minute walk to town, we did find a short cut that made it 15 minutes. Arrived on late flight and checked in around 21:30. Disappointed that there was no welcome pack. No milk, tea bags just a jug of filtered water in fridge. There is a coffee machine but only 2 x pods left out. It was late and dark so didn't want to explore to get our bearings. We couldn't connect to the WiFi and the TV only has Spanish TV. It does have You Tube, Netflix but couldn't get it as WiFi wasn't working. All in all we had a lovely holiday, the apartment was in a nice quiet location and once we found the shortcut to town the walk was almost bearable.

Heerlijk verblijf in een rustige omgeving van Costa Teguise

Pros: De host was erg behulpzaam en duidelijk. Contactloze toegang tot het appartement ging ook prima. Appartement ligt op bovenste verdieping met uitzicht op zee. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs handdoeken voor het strand. We hadden een verstopt doucheputje maar daarvoor kwam binnen anderhalf uur iemand langs. Cons: Het water van het zwembad is te koud. Enkele graden warmer zou prettiger zijn geweest. Daarnaast zou het prettig zijn geweest als er een vaatwasser aanwezig was.

Séjour à Costa Teguise

L'appartement est tout neuf et il est très bien équipé. Les échanges avec la propriétaire étaient clairs et précis, c'était bien agréable. On a passé 2 jours sur place et on s'est bien reposé.
