About this property

Mint Maven House - Hot Tub - Silo District

The Mint Maven House is a peaceful retreat within the silo district. Plenty of room for large groups to spread out and have their own space, while still enjoying each other's company. Professionally decorated and stocked with amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just a 9 min walk to the silos and centrally located to all things Waco. Your pets are most welcome and will enjoy running around our completely fenced in backyard.

Pets allowed (small dogs only, max 2, $50 pet fee per pet. Dogs only, no cats or other animals and no puppies or aggressive breeds).
Parties or events negotiable (small events and get-togethers are allowed and welcomed but need to be transparent during booking process)

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 25 or older (all members of the group must be 25yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (10 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 3 cars
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom 

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Loved The Morning Walks To Magnolia Press for coffee!

This house has ample room for multiple guests, is very clean and has a great kitchen. The backyard is private and great for pups! Conveniently located to the Silos! Definitely recommend!

Great location and amenities. Beds comfortable, hot tub clean, ac works well. The gate is a hazard. Too narrow to pull a car in easily. The cage where mechanics are covered by the gate makes this passageway too narrow. I would mention that for people checking in after dark as we narrowly missed wrecking our rental car.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Such a cute house! It is very close to downtown in a transitional neighborhood. We had fun in the house and felt safe - especially liked the long driveway for all of our cars.

Waco Girls Trip

We booked this property for our girls trip weekend in Waco. It’s a beautiful home and met all of our needs well. The location is super close to Silos and lots of restaurants so that was a nice bonus. The hot tub was a nice feature too. The owner was super responsive and we had no issues.

The Cutest Waco House

Had a great girls trip with some Moms and daughters visiting my Baylor girl. This house is super cute and within walking distance of Magnolia Silos. We cooked a big dinner in the kitchen, and had everything we needed, grocery store a short drive away. Lots of room in this house, we had a great time!

Excellent rental

Had family come into town for a HS Graduation and this quaint house was perfect. Big open area(Kitchen/Dinning Room/Living Room) was perfect for our family gathering. The hot tub/spa was nice and the secure parking was a bonus. This fit perfect for the 10 of us. The requirements for departure was very simple and easy. If the need arises again we will reserve this place without hesitation. Good job with your rental team. Thanks again

Perfect Stay for a Waco Getaway!

My friends and I loved staying at this amazing property! Completely updated and very spacious with comfortable amenities. The decor was very well done and made for a fun and relaxing environment. The hot tub was our absolute favorite and made our night extra fun! We loved that this property was around the corner from the Magnolia Silos! It was so easy and convenient to be minutes away. Kayla was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again for our next girls' trip!

The cottage was in a great location. The interior layout was great for a girls weekend. There are some maintenance issues. Pocket doors were sticking and difficult to open and close. barstools were falling apart Flooring in the kitchen was lifting near the dishwasher. Pantry barn door was also difficult to open and close. Place needs a little bit of work, but overall it is a good place to stay.

The Mint House is the best

We could not love this property or the host more! Everything in the home is so well done from the decor to the beds, which are very comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Waco. Can't wait for our next stay in this amazing property.

We just love this house so much. The decor is so perfect. Everything is there to make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable & the host is one of the best we have ever had. We look forward to staying here on our future trips to Waco.

Great place!!

We had a girl cousin reunion at this home and we can not sing it's praises highly enough. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, super clean, the check in process was just as the owner stated it would be and she left us very clear, specific information about everything we needed. Location is fantastic, especially if you are on a "Magnolia" trip. The one thing I would caution others about is that the front and back steps have no railings and the back steps are pretty steep. We had some older folks with mobility issues in our group and the steps did prove to be a little challenging but everything else was so great that we would absolutely stay there again if we were to ever return to Waco. clean,

Incredible property - would highly recommend

We reserved this property for one of the Baylor home games. The property was amazing. The decorations we so beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could not recommend this property enough, although I hate to, since that may mean it gets all booked out when we may want it again. 😊 The property manager was very attentive and helpful. We were very appreciative that she shared this wonderful space with us. Would highly recommend, and we cannot wait to make another trip back to Waco to stay in this great home.
