Hello and welcome to this bright 3-room corner apartment with a large east-facing balcony offering ocean views!<br><br>In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack, a shoe rack, and a 5-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.<br>The apartment features two separate bedrooms for relaxing holiday nights: The larger bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (180×200 cm), nightstands, and a chest of drawers. Access to the balcony through double patio doors can be darkened as needed with high-quality pleated blinds and additional curtains. Books and a compact stereo system are available for your entertainment. <br>In the second bedroom, you’ll find a solid-wood bunk bed with sleeping areas of different widths (90 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm) as well as a chest of drawers. Pleated blinds are also installed on the two skylights to ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.<br><br>The small kitchenette, adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a sink, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. Right next to the kitchen, you can enjoy meals together at the round dining table with a view of the inland waters and the sea.<br>In the cosy living room corner with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV ensures entertaining evenings when desired. Wi-Fi is also available.<br><br>The modern, interior shower room lets you start your new holiday day off right with an illuminated mirror cabinet, hair dryer, shower tray with shower curtain, and heated towel rack.<br><br>The entire apartment (except for the bathroom) is equipped with allergy-friendly laminate flooring. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.<br><br>!!! If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.<br><br>Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent.
