Experience a stylish Palm Springs getaway in this historic mid-century modern condo designed by renowned architect William F. Cody. This chic one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat offers comfort, design, and relaxation in a beautifully maintained desert setting.

The bedroom features a beautiful walnut queen-size bed from Design Within Reach with a comfortable hybrid mattress for a restful night’s sleep. There is ample storage beneath the bed for luggage, as well as a hanging cabinet/closet and built-in wall cabinet for clothing. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort. A stunning skylight fills the room with natural daylight and offers a view of the evening sky at night. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience.

The fully renovated bathroom features elegant wall-to-wall tile and a large mirror with a built-in defogger.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed with walnut cabinetry, marble countertops, an induction range, a counter-depth refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A coffee station includes a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and a small bar area is perfect for mixing cocktails and unwinding after a day in the desert. Two stools at the counter provide casual seating.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four, perfect for meals or planning your next adventure.

Step outside to your private patio, a peaceful space with comfortable seating to relax after a day of shopping, exploring, or hiking. The patio also includes a round table from Design Within Reach with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after enjoying the pool.

The beautifully landscaped grounds feature towering palm trees, a tranquil stream running through the property, and a large sparkling pool and jacuzzi.

Guests also have access to free on-site laundry facilities within the complex.

The City of Palm Springs has detailed regulations for vacation rentals. We will ask you for the following upon booking:

--A signed contract (rental agreement) with the responsible person acknowledging rules of Ordinance 1918, including occupancy limits, noise prohibitions, parking rules, etc. They also have to acknowledge that they are responsible for the compliance of all of their guests.

--Name, Age, Address and a copy of a PHOTO ID of the responsible person (who must be over 25).

--Names of all the guests.

--A list of all guests' vehicles including license plate numbers.

--The Rules & Regulations (Good Neighbor) form signed by all adult guests.

Neighborhood highlights:

The historic Racquet Club neighborhood was mainly developed in the late 1950s and is in the northern part of Palm Springs. There's a shopping plaza with a wonderful local coffee shop (4 Paws) and awesome modern furniture stores within walking distance of a few blocks. The Uptown Design District is also within walking distance, but it's a longer walk (approx. two miles), so will be hot in the summer! Lyft and Uber is plentiful here, and of course and you are a 5 minute drive to everything.
