This bright and modern apartment is located on the front line with unparalleled sea views. Perfect for a family beach holiday to Nerja, enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include WiFi, A/C (in the living room and in each bedroom), and an LED Smart TV and a projector.

This apartment has a large private balcony that faces the Mediterranean. Wake up to the fresh sea breeze and watch the sunset from here in the evenings. You can also enjoy the use of the shared pool complete with an outdoor shower as well as the gardens on the grounds.

The nearest beach is Playa La Torrecilla just 1 minute away.

The nearest bars, cafes and restaurants are a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes on foot.

Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 50 minutes by car.

WiFi is suitable for video calls. Parties are strictly forbidden. A high chair and baby cot are available on request for an additional cost. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available both on-site and on the street.

Highly recommend! Great host, fabulous location. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Very clean & spacious. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants & activities. Only challenge if you have a car is parking. You have great access to load & unload, but then need to find on street or parking lots. Was not too difficult for us in shoulder season, but may be tricky in high season.

Fabulous apartment/location

Pros: Apartment is in a fabulous location with great beach views. Short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and all that Nerja has to offer. Fernando was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was the best ever. Would definitely recommend and hope to return

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean in a lovely location.

Pros: The proximity to the beach, we swam multiple times a day, it is near the town but in a quiet location. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Lovely pool too with areas of shade and not at all crowded. Amazingly easy check in and communication with the host Fernando. Cons: N/a

Fernando is a fantastic host who cares about giving his guests a personal experience. We have rented many apartments in Nerja and this is by far one of our favourites. Pros: This apartment was quite honestly the best I have stayed in, we spent 7 nights there and are always a little apprehensive when visiting a new apartment as to whether it lives up to the photographs, and I have to say that its much better. It was spotless through out, the furnishings were of a very high quality, it has recently been modified and every detail has been thought of, the windows open up the living space with the balcony, the beach and sea views are amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and all very clean and modern. The owner Fernando was just brilliant, we flew into Malaga the evening before and stayed in a hotel near the airport, Fernando then offered to pick us up from there to take us to the apartment as he was passing, such a nice guy, he shown us around the apartment explaining how everything works then left us to enjoy our holiday, he even telephoned us to ask if everything was ok half way though our stay. We've now booked the same apartment for next year, book early as this apartment will soon be fully booked.

Pros: I have just returned from my holiday in Nerja, I stayed at the same apartment as last year and was then very impressed by the quality, spec and finish to the apartment and on my return home last May I immediately book again for this year. This year we decided to combine a few days in Malaga before traveling up to Nerja, as we had already stayed at the apartment and didn't require a tour it meant that the apartment owner Fernando would be able to meet us in Malaga and give us the keys, the owner is a very nice man and I can not say enough about him, he met us in Malaga gave us the keys and even paid for our bar drinks. Having stayed in the apartment last May we were a bit apprehensive as to whether the standards would still be the same after a years lettings, we needn't of been the apartment was just as good as last year, very clean, and very well equipped, the views from the balcony are superb one morning whilst having our coffee we even spotted Dolphins, the pool area is clean and not over-crowded the pool itself is little cold, during our stay we never seen more than seven or eight people down there, the location o the apartment is also good right on the beach with a supermarket many bars and restaurants all close by and only a short walk to the centre of Nerja. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends as I already have done, and I will be returning probably next year. Once again thank you Fernando.

Pros: Dit modern volledig gerenoveerd appartement vlak aan het strand voldeed meer dan aan onze verwachtingen. Alles kraaknet, volledig uitgerust met alles wat je kan nodig hebben voor een aangenaam verblijf. Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer/keuken en vanop het balkon. Hele goede bedden! Wij hebben alleen maar lovende woorden voor dit verblijf, dus zeker niet twijfelen. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt wegens de weersomstandigheden. Ik wil Fernando bedanken voor de hele vlotte communicatie en heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij komen zeker terug!
