Location: in Montebello above Camaiore, detached house with large garden and private swimming pool from 16. 04. to 31. 10, (5 mx 8 m x maximum depth 1.20 m) The property is fenced and there is room for 2 - 3 car. The location is quiet and very panoramic. A beautiful covered terrace with barbecue is at guests' disposal. Wi-Fi for free. Satellite TV.
Equipment: The living space of approx. 150 m² is distributed over 2 floors. The main entrance is on the first floor with the dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room a staircase leads to the floor, which opens to the outside, directly onto the pool area. On this floor, next to the living room, is a single room with tall windows and a bathroom with shower. The decor is tastefully decorated with wooden furniture.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Heating € 5,20 m³ to consumption. Dog optional €40.

Qualche difetto correggibile

La strada pericolosa perché molto angusta e non curata con a tratti massi sporgenti nascosti dalla vegetazione. Ma machina ha subito danni per via dell’incontro con machine che procedevano in senso contrario. L’altra pecca è la piscina, molto bella ma i miei figli e tutti noi grandi ci siamo tagliati le piante dei piedi perché ha una rifinitura con punti taglienti. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile Le donne delle pulizie durante il loro lavoro parlavano a voce alta e racontavano i pettegolezzi con molta disinvoltura come se noi non ci fossimo li, mai visto un simile atteggiamento La casa ben munita di stoviglie e necessario per cucinare ma su 6 persone c’erano 4 lettini di cui uno un po’ scassato Non è attrezzato per machine elettriche ma il proprietario era molto favorevole a risolvere questa mancanza. Tornerei se non fosse per la strada pericolosa e piscina tagliente

Im Paradies angekommen

Traumhaftes Haus,liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Wunderbare Terrasse mit herrlichem Weitblick, wundervoller Garten,gepflegt mit toll angelegtem Pool. Alles vorhanden. Extrem freundlicher Hausbesitzer. Haben dort das Paradies gefunden.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist tipptopp ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die letzte Strecke ist etwas eng, dafür hat es aber einen grossen Parkplatz, was etwas gestört hat war das Hundegebell in der Nacht. Aber als Gesamtes absolut empfehlenswert.

What a wonderful place and house. The house owner is very friendly and came by every day to water the garden and clean the pool. Very clean en organised house. The terrace is great, same as the pool. Great view! We will come back.

What a beautiful place!

Brilliant communication form the owner who met us late on a Saturday. We were made to feel welcome and were immediately impressed with both the standard and cleanliness of the property. Views are magnificent and the rural location was just what we needed for a break!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen etwas oberhalb von Camaiore. Die Einrichtung und auch die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Der Besitzer kommt jeden Tag vorbei, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Rasen zu pflegen. Selbst am Wochenende wurde geputzt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Man kann in der Umgebung auch schöne Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren machen. Auch Städtetrips nch Pisa oder Lucca bieten sich an. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub; gerne wieder!

Proprietari molto gentile e disponibili. A Camaiore 5 minuti in macchina si trovano dei negozietti molto carini e un supermercato ben attrazzeto. Le foto rispecchiano molto bene la realtà.
