This charming little cottage, reminiscent of an alpine hut, is situated in a very quiet and sunny location in a peaceful residential area.<br> Quiet, sunny location, cosy and romantically furnished with an outdoor seating area and a lawn for sunbathing. Hike or bike right from the house. The property is situated in a quiet residential area.<br> From the house, you can head straight into the mountains or go on flat hikes. Ideal for biking and great for mountain biking. The idyllic natural swimming lake in Schleching is just a 5-minute walk away—and Lake Chiemsee is about a 20-minute drive away. It’s also a great starting point for day trips. The cross-country ski trail is a 5-minute walk away.
