Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this pleasant home provides a welcoming space to unwind. Enjoy all that Cape Coral has to offer when you stay at our place. We are seasoned vacation hosts with long term renters for the past 8 years! Our latest renters are moving on to a different area, this affords us with the opportunity to offer our home for you! We prefer a longer term renters from 1/1 through 3/31.
