We are long time VRBO hosts, we have had the same renters year after year, our renters of the past 4 years are going to a different location next season! Our renters before that were with us for 5 years as well! We have references available for you upon request!

Why they chose this property

Very quiet neighborhood, with very little traffic, great for walking and biking restaurants and shopping very close by, however not close enough to cause any additional traffic. We are close to the Pelican Soccer/Baseball Complex.

What makes this property unique

Well Laid out home with 4 entry doors that allow you to enter the pool/screened lanai, including access from both bathrooms! gas grill, dining set, patio loungers, as well as a refrigerator, and electronic darts and outdoor stereo and speakers. The pool has two entry points, from the shallow side which is 3 feet deep, and from the deepest side which is over 6 feet deep. The pool is heated and the lanai has southern rear exposure. The home also boasts a large back yard with chain linked fence for pets!
