The house was well equipped and very comfortable.The lanai was great, everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. The solar heating made the pool experience more enjoyable.

Family Spring Break

The house was perfect for our stay. The house was stocked with all the essentials to get us started. I loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with the mocking birds. Everything was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Love this house!

House was great. Extremely clean. Owners very accommodating, as this was a same day rental due to another rental we were in had the a/c go out. Pool is great and got warm with the solar heat. Enjoyed the TV by the pool. We didn’t have kids but have all accessories for children, toys, pack and play etc. Loved that there were beach chairs to use. The owners have thought of everything you could need. Also had some spices and the grill worked great! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Schönes und sauberes Haus, mit kleinen vernachlässigten Ecken

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem insgesamt sehr schönen und sauberen Haus. Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft wirklich viel Potenzial hat. Allerdings sind uns rund um den Außenbereich ein paar Dinge aufgefallen:Bei unserer Ankunft lagen sämtliche Poolutensilien verstreut neben dem Pool. Es wirkte fast so, als wären die vorherigen Gäste gerade erst abgereist und niemand hätte zwischendurch aufgeräumt. Die Aufbewahrungsbox für das Poolzubehör war innen komplett verschimmelt, und ganz unten befanden sich Dinge, die man wirklich nicht mehr anfassen möchte.Da es am Tag vor unserer Ankunft geregnet hatte, waren alle Stuhlkissen und die sehr dicken Liegeauflagen komplett durchnässt. Sie brauchten mindestens zwei Tage, bis sie einigermaßen trocken waren – entsprechend rochen sie auch. Offenbar werden diese Kissen grundsätzlich draußen gelassen, oder zumindest war es in unserem Fall so.Auf der Veranda selbst funktioniert ein Ventilator nicht, auch das Licht dort ging nicht. Im Wohnzimmer dreht sich der Deckenventilator zwar, aber die Lampe lässt sich nicht einschalten, und auch die kleine Lampe neben dem Sofa war defekt. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man im Haus zwischendurch einfach mal die Beleuchtung prüft und die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen kontrolliert – dann würden solche Dinge gar nicht erst auffallen.Insgesamt wirkt es so, als wäre vor allem der Außenbereich ein Stück weit vernachlässigt: Rund um die Outdoor-Theke wächst nicht nur ein wenig, sondern wirklich hohes Unkraut, und die Stühle und Tische im Freien sind bereits recht stark verrostet und abgegriffen.Während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich der Eigentümer auch per WhatsApp gemeldet, weil ein Schädlingsbekämpfer einen Termin hatte und kleine Fallen aufgestellt wurden. Das ist in Florida wegen des Klimas wohl normal. Wir haben dazu über WhatsApp kommuniziert, er fragte auch, ob alles in Ordnung sei – sehr freundlich. Nach unserer Abreise habe ich ihm ebenfalls noch einmal geschrieben und ein paar Punkte genannt. Allerdings wirkt es etwas merkwürdig, da die WhatsApp-Nummer seitdem nicht mehr erreichbar ist und Nachrichten nicht mehr zugestellt werden.Trotz dieser Punkte bleibt festzuhalten: Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und sauber, nur der Außenbereich könnte definitiv etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit vertragen.
