Enjoy a private pool, outdoor patio, billiards table, and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring the area. The home is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, casinos, and Downtown Tampa.

Important: I live on the property in a completely separate private apartment that was converted from the original garage. The apartment has its own private entrance and is fully independent from the guest areas. Guests have exclusive access to the main house, pool, and outdoor spaces, ensuring privacy throughout their stay. I am available if needed but always respect guests’ space and privacy.

House is big and spacious for a gathering. Pros: clean, open floor plan to entertain, has lots of amenties(pool,games, pool table, basketball hoop), easy check out processCons: the owner lives on site in converted garage. This needs to be listed for transparency and buyers know exactly what they get before booking. Rental needs its own trash can, we had to share the 1 trash bin which was already full when we arrived. The pool area needs maintenance, there is tile around the perimeter of pool and some of its cracked and slippery, pool was dirty and didnt get to use, which suck cause we were going to have a pool party.

The house is a good size. The backyard is very big with a lot to do (pool, basketball, billiards). My complaint is that the listing did not disclose that the owner (or other tenant) lives in the house in what I assume is a converted garage. When we arrived we parked on the grass not in the driveway like they instructed, but someone came and make us move our car to the other side of the yard. There’s a thin door separating the main house from the converted garage. At some point in the evening a woman came banging on the door looking for “bigboy87” with a screenshot of our address so we can only assume it was for the occupants of the converted garage. With the garage door being separating by a thin panel this left us feeling uncomfortable.

Host lives in the garage through a door in the kitchen and parks in the middle of the only driveway… the property is off a busy road and the pictures are much nicer then it looks :( sorry to say we didn’t feel safe with someone living there and didn’t end up staying there …

Spacious back yard with a big pool which was great for our children and two dog. We didn’t bring pool towels and the towels at the house are limited so I would recommend bringing your own towels. Overall the house was clean but there were a few spots missed. The listing did not specify the owner lives on the side of the home so we were unaware we would be sharing a laundry room and had trouble finding the entry door because there were no instructions. The kids also enjoyed the bench swing in the front of the house. The owner offered an early check in and granted our request for a late check out which was very helpful.
