I highly recommend this property. Host was excellent to communicate with. House was more than we expected from VRBO photos and was close to the beach and Garden City Pier.

The house had everything we could think of. It is clean and has comfortable beds which our #1 priority.The decor was spot on for a beach house and it was appropriately 100 yards from the beach (easy walk). We rented a golf cart to roam around garden city but given how close it was to the pier we didn’t need it as much as we thought.My kids have allergies so we appreciated that it did not have any smoke or pet smells which would have impacted the stay.Communications were very timely but we didn’t need anything. We traveled in one van but it can comfortable hold 2 cars and probably 3 if you have a couple little ones.Overall one of our better stays on VRBO for a family of 6 spending a couple days at the beach.
