I’ve been in hotel development and operations for years. We travel a lot and enjoy great food. Hosting has always been a part of my upbringing. There were always lotsa family around growing up. I had 62 first cousins all within walking distance.
Why they chose this property
Trees. Quiet. 6 minutes to everything. House is architecturally interesting and built by an architect who lived here for 50 years, so only owners.

It feels like you’re in a treehouse overlooking the park. Walk through our woods to the park and enjoy a beautiful walk to the zoo or restaurants or just thousands of birds in the park.
