Sunrise and sunset views and ample yard space, there is a large outdoor table in front for dinner parties and a stargazing deck in back. Peaceful space offers reflection and recharge. The space
Nestled in a serene and peaceful Country Club Estates neighborhood, our property is a charming three-bedroom house that serves as your personal haven, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it boasts a prime location, conveniently situated 10 minutes from Pioneertown, 30 minutes from Palm Springs, and 20 minutes forom Joshua Tree Park Entrance, ensuring you have easy access to everything you need. Step inside and discover tastefully decorated rooms, thoughtfully curated with a blend of comfort and style, while modern amenities cater to your every convenience.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

- THE VILLAGE (primary bedroom): large room with King bed, ensuite bathroom with accessable shower. Smart TV, large closet space & dresser and vanity outside bathroom. A futon couch that makes into a bed is in the room as well as a rollaway twin bed is located in closet.

- ABBEY ROAD (Bedroom 2): large guest room with Queen bed, record player, large record & book collection. Decorated with music related art and photographs , many from performances at Pappy Harriets. Also includes a workspace / desk.

- ELECTRIC LADYLAND (Bedroom 3) : Musicians Paradise - large guest room with Queen Bed. The room includes electric and acoustic guitars you can play.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

CHECK-IN PROCESS - We will send you full chack in details prior to your arrival. There is a gate code for outer gates to property. We will send a full pdf that contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and more.

PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 5 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the driveway and designated parking areas shown in information packet. There is NO on-street parking available.

PETS - Up to 3 Pets are permitted at the property. So that we can continue to allow pets at the property please do not allow pets on the furniture and clean up after them inside and out.

PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use. Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge a small production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require a small fee in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release
IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee. OWNERS OF THE HOME ARE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS - so are very savy in noticing this.
