I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of location and local charm. You’re just a short walk to Quinta Avenida and Coco Beach, but tucked away enough to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.

I love that everything is within walking distance great coffee spots, restaurants, grocery stores, and beach clubs without being in the middle of the busy tourist noise. It really gives you the best of both worlds: convenience and a more authentic Playa experience.

What makes this space unique is how cozy, functional, and thoughtfully set up it is for a comfortable stay. It’s a small but well-designed studio that feels like your own little retreat in Playa.
